The Company provides online coaching and consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Individual Career Coaching

• Coaching for Post-secondary Students

• Resume & Cover Letter Review

• Interview Preparation and Practice

• Corporate Career Coaching

• Post-secondary Institution Coaching

All services are delivered exclusively online through virtual meeting platforms.

3. Eligibility

Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

By using this website and booking services, you confirm that you are legally an adult in your jurisdiction.

4. Booking and Payment

All appointments and coaching packages must be paid in full in advance through the payment methods available on the website.

Bookings are processed through WIX Bookings and related payment providers.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.

5. Coaching Packages

The following coaching packages are available:

• Campus to Career – 4 Sessions Pack

• Launch – 3 Sessions Pack

• Advance – 5 Sessions Pack

• Elevate – 8 Sessions Pack

All coaching packages are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unused sessions remaining after the expiration period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Packages are non-transferable.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule or cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, missed appointments (“no-shows”), or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the full session fee being charged or the session being deducted from the package.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions, partially used coaching packages, missed appointments, or unused sessions after the package expiration date.

In exceptional circumstances, the Company may issue refunds at its sole discretion.

8. No Guarantees

The Company provides coaching, mentoring, and consulting services intended to support professional and personal development.

The Company does not guarantee:

• employment opportunities,

• job offers,

• promotions,

• salary increases,

• business outcomes,

• interview success,

• or any specific results.

Results depend on many factors outside the Company’s control, including the client’s participation, qualifications, effort, and market conditions.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that they are solely responsible for:

• professional actions,

• career choices,

• and implementation of advice or recommendations.

Coaching services are not psychological counselling, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical services.

10. Confidentiality

The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared during coaching sessions.

However, confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed in online communications or where disclosure is required by law.

11. Recording Policy

Recording of coaching sessions by clients or third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

The Company does not permit unauthorized audio, video, or screen recordings.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, frameworks, templates, exercises, and content provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use such materials without prior written permission.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:
